Monday:

 
Course  Description
Health Walk Meet at Bellinge Community House 10am Short Walk, Advanced 10:45am – call in for a Cuppa and Chat afterwards 50p for the refreshments
Billing Joggers Mondays 6pm meet at Bellinge Community House – 6.00pm with Lynette Pilgrim and Paula Cowley. Ongoing.
 English accredited course Monday 9:30 am til 11:30 am with  Tutor: Helen. Contact us via the website to register your interest: admin@bellinge.org.uk
Spud club spud club is a lunch club 12:30-1:30 where you can have a Jacket Potato, a choice of filling, side salad and a drink £2 per week (please book and to find out the fillings pop in or call)
 

 

Tuesday:

Course  Description
Community Coffee Morning Assorted selection of cakes and fruit (diabetic options included) 9:30-11:30 am. Call in and meet your neighbors open to all £1.00 including refreshments.
Activity session Chair-based exercise with Liz Wills. 1.30-2.30pm – £2.50 per session – ongoing now.
Northampton Homes Housing Officer drop-in session Housing officer available for NPH tenants from 9am-12 noon. First Tuesday of the month.
Bellinge Youth Group Restarts Tuesday 5th of September 2017 – look out for the Holiday Plan. 8-11 years: 4.30 – 6.00 pm £1.00 per week. 12-16 year old 6:30 – 8:30 pm (Leadership Skills)
Fit start Meeting at Bernard Weston Pavilion from 7 pm with Billy Hawkins. This outdoor beginner’s fitness session is for those starting from scratch. Please wear suitable footwear.

 

 

Wednesday:
Course  Description
Make do and Mend Sewing Group for beginners to experts with Linda – at BCH 9:30 am-2:30pm. Make amazing items, all welcome. £1.00 per session (extra if need for fabrics.)
Math’s accredited course Maths course 9.30am – 11.30am weekly. with Tutor Helen come and gain a qualification in math to find out when the next course starts email admin@bellinge.org.uk

 

 

Thursday:
Course  Description
Tai-Chi For 6 week Bellinge Community House brings Tai-Chi starting 18th October 10-11 am. Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. £3 per session
IT Beginners + Practical skills using the computer. for people wanting to improve their IT skills 9:30-11:30 pm
Knit and natter Do you enjoy or are you interested in knitting or just interested on some learning? Come along and share your skills or learn some, you could surprise yourself! 9:30-11:30 am, £1 a week (including refreshments).
Community Law Service  The first Thursday of the Month Community Law Service comes to Bellinge Community House they can help sort out issues with: benefits; Housing; Gas and electric prices; debt; immigration and employment.

Friday:

Course  Description
Community Breakfast Healthy Cooked Breakfast – Bacon, Tomatoes , Beans, Egg and Toast Cooked for you 10am – 11.30am. £2 per person.
Hope Food Club Join the Hope Food Club for £2 per Month then weekly come to Bellinge Community House on Fridays 1:30-3 pm to purchase your food boxes £7.50 with a average of 35 essential food items for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

 

 

Saturday:

Course  Description
Vinnies Pop-up 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month, from 10am – 12pm.

Food Safety in Catering Level 2 certificate Gain a certificate in level 2 food safety in catering
Seasonal Crafts 2 hands on sessions- a lovely natural wreath suitable for your front door using real leaves and cones plus second session making a seasonal decoration
introduction to customer service learn customer service skills which are valuable in the workplace. If you are thinking of working in catering, retail or any position that involves communication with people this course will help you.
Manage your money better! Be able to add up your income and expenditure, understand a bank statement.  Identify non-essential spending, find out new ways of saving money and know how to get help with debt.
